Pratt Center led the preparation of Community Board 17's proposal to create up to 4,000 new mandatory affordable housing units and protect the neighborhood's culture and Black homeownership.

The report was designed by me and my supervisor, Ben Dodd, in alignment with PCCD's brand guidelines. In addition to typesetting, I edited the maps, labels, and legends.
